Necessary materials for applying for invitation letter:

1、客户的护照页（必须清晰可见姓名、出生日期、国籍、护照号码、护照有效期等信息，且护照有效期需半年以上）

Client’s passport page (with visible name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, valid period of passport etc information, and the valid period of the passport must be more than six months).

2、在职证明（有模板）

Employment certificate (Referring to the form).

3、申请单位与受邀方的直接贸易凭证（就是与我们公司的贸易凭证，水单和提单）

Direct transaction proof between the applying unit & the invited party. (that is to say, trade certificate of our company, bank receipt & B/L).

4、他的公司全称

Complete company name of the partner

5、行程安排表（有模板）

Schedule (Referring to the form).

6、对方是公司的话，营业执照也提供一下

If your partner is a company, the business license is also necessary to be provided.
